Staybridge Suites Dallas/Addison, An Ihg Hotel, Dallas

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and very clean; however, being located under the maids' storage room meant some early morning disturbances. The service was helpful overall, but I did feel cheated of my security deposit. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, although the staff, particularly the managers, could be improved. The dining options were somewhat disappointing, and the usual fare seemed lacking. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel had a lot of sitting areas and was reasonably comfortable.

My stay at the Radisson hotel was exceptional! The rooms were like studio apartments, with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sitting area, and even a convenient sofa bed if needed. The service was top-notch, despite a slight hiccup due to a storm, the staff was always friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for our needs, although some staff members, especially a front desk agent named Mark, could have been more pleasant. The dining experience offered a great variety of options, including tasty Texas-shaped waffles. Overall, a lovely stay with some minor drawbacks.
